Dear Members
We would like to remind you of the dangers of tying ponies to Horseboxes (Lorries and Trailers) – a sight which is becoming more and more frequent on the show grounds this year.
A distressed animal trying to free itself can seriously injure itself, you, your child or someone else.  Even the quietest animal can be startled so we urge all owners and show organisers to comply fully with the provisions of Rule 23 – as it is for your own safety.
With thanks.
