Annual Awards Night held at the

Junior Awards
Rebecca O Connel, was selected to represent the Kerry Region at the National Bursary finals,she had many notable achievements throughout the season including Working Hunter Championships at the Kingdom County Fair and Newcastle West Show, and three Reserve Working Hunter Championships. Rebecca was also was nominated to receive two National Points awards.
Ashleigh Tate was selected to represent the Kerry Region at the National Bursary finals at Coilog Equestrian Centre, she also had many successes though the showing season including Supreme Champion at Charleville Show, Working Hunter Champion at Clonakilty Show and Performance Working Hunter Champion at Tipperary Area Championship Show. Ashleigh also came in the junior section of the silver spurs finals held at Marlton Stud.
Katie Mofatt had many wins including the Connemara Performance Working Hunter Championship at the RDS , she came 2nd in the pony section of the silver spurs finals. Katie was reserve on the Irish Pony Eventing Team at the Europeans and came 3rd in the preliminary Section at the Dressage Ireland Championships.
Lorraine Lucey, was selected to represent the Kerry Region at the National Bursary finals and came 2nd in the jumping section of her age category.

Senior Awards
Kerry region also had many sucesses with our Senior members including,
Tom O Connor winning the in hand All Ireland Welsh Show with "Lambay So Flash" , a Welsh Pony and Cob Society winner along with many local wins.
David Lynch was the All Ireland Youngstock Winner at Leap Show with a prize fund of 1,000 euro with "Ballyseedy Supreme"
Ashley O' Connor's super foal won at the Irish Pony Society Foal Show/Sale at Roscrea.
John Browne won the youngstock at The Welsh Pony and Cob Society with "Pelican's Fancy"
Annual General Meeting & Annual Awards Night: December 4th, 2009
T he AGM take place at The Brogue Inn, Tralee at 7pm on Friday December 4th.All members are most welcome.
G uest speaker is National Chairman Michael Grace.
Our Annual Awards Night also take place after the AGM. Rosettes will be presented in recognition of the various winners in the various categories during the year.
